Did you know lobster was once thought so disgusting that it was only fed to prisoners! Or that potatoes were once illegal to eat in France?
Sustainability and environmental issues are playing a larger part in all our lives and this is even more true of our next generation.
With these issues becoming an even more important role within the school syllabus I am now available for school talks to discuss how current food production is unsustainable and how insects could play a vital role in overcoming this.
